A description of the problem
(NOTE: the more you can describe
the problem the better--if you just say I didn't receive an e-mail
this is
hard for us to find the problem; but if you say "I used
webmail and received an error when sending an e-mail to my other
domain
and the error said --cannot write to disk--" then we can
work on the problem better and help you better).
