for you to change your nameservers you must go to the place
where you registered the domain name. Once there enter in the
information provided in your welcome letter. The nameserver
information for your server is listed there. One of the questions
we get is whether we can just change this information for our
clients. Unfortuanately we cannot do so because we do not have
access to your domain account. Only you have the password and
other information available. |
